  • Best pricing: Netfast offers you competitive pricing on all security hardware, solutions and services. We realize that we have to earn your business with each and every transaction, therefore we are committed to provide you with the best possible pricing on our products and services. Contact your Account Manager or sales@netfast.com to receive a quote or an RFP.


  • Expert Assistance: The Netfast Sales Professionals are vendor certified network engineers who have been trained on internetworking products from various manufacturers. They are uniquely qualified to assist our customers with product selection to build, enhance and optimize their networks.


  • Free Configuration Help: All planned configurations are checked for capability, capacity and performance. Care is taken to detect any potential hardware/software conflicts and/or performance issues are in the pre-sales stage. Prior to shipping, required interface modules, memory and software is loaded and the entire unit is tested for integrity, stability and completeness.


  • Financing Flexibility: We accept VISA/MC/AMEX and Purchase Orders from domestic and/or international companies who have been in business for a minimum of five years and who have a positive D&B (Dunn and Bradstreet) Credit Rating. Our terms are Net 30 with approved credit. Past due invoices are subject to an 18% (annual) finance charge. International orders are must be prepaid by wire transfer or a US Bank check unless other arrangements are made. Equipment renting and leasing is also available from one month to three years.   • Unmatched Support: Netfast Technical Assistance Center (NTAC) in collaboration with its manufacturing partners provides fast post-sales technical support in configuration and installation of the equipment for a period of 30 days after the sale. All equipment sold by Netfast carry a minimum of 90 days warranty. Failed equipment during the warranty period is replaced within 72 hours. Netfast provides extended warranty for up to one year beyond the initial 90 days warranty. Extended warranty must be purchased separately.


  • Overnight delivery: If you place your order for in stock product by 3:00PM EST we can ship it to your office for overnight delivery! Orders can only be shipped and billed to authorized addresses. This gives you another level of security.


  • Personal Service and Convenient Contact: Information regarding your company and your Account Manager will be included on your customized page. All contact information
    (phone and fax numbers as well as email address) will be on this page as well as a picture so you can put a face with a name.


  • Post-sales Support: Netfast customers have immediate access to highly trained technical support staff . To serve your best interests, Netfast support technicians specialize in vertical and integrated solutions across a complete range of product lines. Our support specialists include Cisco CCNA, CCDA, and CCNP as well as Juniper certified engineers.
